Supporting positive sexual development for children session Alice Springs

Supporting positive sexual development for children session Alice Springs

Information session supported by Foster and Kinship Carers Association (NT) in partnership with the Sexual Assault Reference Centre Alice Springs

Come along to our information session on identifying and responding to sexual behaviours in children and young people in your care.

Using the traffic light framework foster and kinship carers will be provided with information to help them identify what are age appropriate sexual behaviours and what are more concerning in children and young people.

Participants will be invited to take part in an interactive session where carers can use the traffic light system to allow them to understand and appropriately respond to sexual behaviours that some children may display and in supporting them to develop a healthy sexuality.
